Wyoming Area Catholic School announced six students have been selected to receive the 2019 National Junior Honor Society Outstanding Achievement Award. Students were nominated by the principal and chapter advisers of the National Junior Honor Society at Wyoming Area Catholic School. Wyoming Area Catholic School is an affiliate of the National Junior Honor Society. Criteria for the National Junior Honor Society Outstanding Achievement Award is any National Junior Honor Society member must be in good standing in scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. There were only nine award recipients throughout Pennsylvania, with Wyoming Area Catholic boasting six of those award winners. Recipients will receive a $500 award, which will be placed in a college savings account managed by Oppenheimer Funds.
